What labour mediation is
We connect jobseekers with employers in the Romanian labour market. For a candidate, this service is free — we are paid by the employer, not by the person we place.
Who can use this service
Anyone actively looking for work, registered unemployed, or currently employed and looking to change roles. You need to be of legal working age and fit to do the work on offer.
What we do for a candidate
We build your profile against the employer's needs, run a practical test and an interview, and match you to a role. From there we handle the paperwork — the state platform application, the visa and the residence permit — so you know what to expect before you travel.
Legal and administrative support
We prepare the employment file for the state platform, get foreign qualifications recognised, and represent you before the relevant authorities, including the General Inspectorate for Immigration.
