How the pool works

People we have already interviewed

Every profile in the pool belongs to a candidate our team has interviewed and screened. The card shows a first name, the trade, the nationality, the location, an age band and what they expect to earn — never a surname or a phone number. When one fits, you request an introduction against their reference and we arrange the meeting.
