What we do
Permanent recruitment
We screen, interview and place workers on permanent contracts, and coordinate the documentation, the right-to-work procedure, the visa, travel and residence steps through to arrival.
How it works
Six stages, from shortlist to arrival
What we do at each stage, in the order it happens, on every permanent recruitment placement.
Profile
We build the candidate’s profile against your role and screen the CV before you see it.
Interview & testing
Online interview, and a skills or work trial in the candidate’s home country where needed.
Documentation
We prepare the employment and immigration file with the candidate, then submit the application on the relevant state platform and track it.
Right to work & visa
We support the right-to-work process and long-stay visa for employment in the destination country, in line with local requirements.
Travel & arrival
Once the visa is issued, we coordinate the journey, arrival and the first days on site.
Residence & post-deployment
After arrival we arrange the residence permit (or local equivalent), then stay the contact for the length of the placement.

Documentation and legal details
What this actually is
What permanent recruitment means
A permanent placement is a worker you employ directly, on an open-ended contract, sourced from outside the EU. We find them, test them and carry every step the state requires between those two facts; the employment relationship is yours from the first day.
What it covers
- Candidate profile built and CV screened against your role
- Online interview, and a work trial in the candidate's home country
- The single application filed on the Romanian state platform and tracked
- Visa processing for the long-stay entry
- Residence permit arranged on arrival
- Ongoing consultation for the duration of the placement
How an order runs, from the first call to the arrival
The employer's side of a placement, in the order the company has always drawn it. The permit chain above is the legal half; this is what happens between us and you.
- First contactA conversation about the trade, the site, the head count and the start date you are working towards.
- The requirementThe role, the skills, the conditions and the number of people, written down and agreed before anyone is approached.
- SelectionOur recruiters in the source country screen against that requirement, not against a general pool.
- InterviewsShortlisted candidates are interviewed online, with you in the call whenever you want to be.
- Practical trialThe trade is tested in the candidate's home country — at the machine, on the bench, in the kitchen.
- Your decisionYou accept the candidates you want. Nobody is placed on our say-so.
- The formalitiesThe single application, the visa and the residence permit — filed and tracked by us.
- BriefingThe candidate is briefed on the job, the country and what is expected; you are briefed on what is arriving.
- The contractThe individual employment contract is signed, naming the employer and the role.
- ArrivalThe worker lands, is met, and starts. We stay the contact for the length of the placement.
Advantages
Why employers use us for this
A shortage-list check before anything else
Romania only allows the file where the occupation appears on the Ministry of Labour's List of Shortage Occupations. We check that first, and tell you on the day if a role cannot legally be filled.
Tested before you ever see a CV
An online interview and a work trial in the candidate's home country come before the profile reaches you, so what you are judging is the work, not the paperwork.
One file, carried to the first day
The single application on the state platform, the long-stay visa, the residence permit and the arrival itself — one team, one contact, one file.
The added value
- The employer pays. OUG 32/2026 forbids taking any commission or fee from the worker, and we publish that rule rather than bury it.
- No timeline the authorities control is promised — the state's decision and the consulate appointment set the pace, and we say so before you sign.
- A signed contract naming the employer and the role exists before anybody travels.
When to choose it
When this is the right one
The role is a standing one and you want the person on your own payroll.
Local recruitment has not filled it, and the occupation appears on the List of Shortage Occupations.
You would rather keep the same crew than rebuild one every season.

Questions we get asked
Who pays for the permit and the visa?
Not the candidate. The placement fee, the state fees for the single application and the visa, and any connected service you order all sit on the employer's side of the contract, and we set them out in the quote before you commit — OUG 32/2026 forbids charging the worker, and nobody we place pays a placement fee.
How long does a permanent placement take end to end?
From signed order to first day, most placements run three to five months. The single application on the state platform and the visa appointment are the two steps that set the pace, and neither is ours to hurry.
What exactly is a permanent placement?
A worker from outside the EU on an open-ended contract with your company, on your payroll and under your direction. We find and test the person, file every step the state requires and stay the contact after arrival; the employment relationship is yours from the first day, not ours.
What do we need to have in order before you can file?
A registered company in good standing with the tax authority, a written job description with the pay and conditions on offer, an occupation that appears on the List of Shortage Occupations, and — where you are providing it — the accommodation. We send the exact list of documents with the quote and check them before anything is filed, so a file is not refused on a form.
What happens if the worker leaves or does not work out?
The contract is yours, so notice and the end of employment follow the Labour Code like any other employee's; we tell you which notifications the immigration authority requires from the employer and file them with you. Then we look at why, and at another worker from the same screened pool — on a new file, because an application names one worker and is not transferable. We do not dress this up as a promise: the next worker runs the same chain, at the state's pace.
Can a seasonal hire become a permanent one?
Yes, if both sides want it. The worker is already known to you and to the state, so the file that exists carries most of what a permanent application needs; we refile it as a permanent placement rather than extend the seasonal stay, because the two are different categories on the same application.
This chain describes one journey. The full immigration practice — including a business visa, a secondment or a residence case that isn't part of a placement — is covered on the immigration services page.
