Your side of the order
What we will need from you
No surprises later: this is the file an order opens with, what the employing company has to have in order, and what the placement costs you once the worker is on site.
Documents we ask for
- The company registration number (CUI)
- The administrator's identity document
- A fiscal attestation certificate showing no outstanding obligations to the state budget
- The company's certificate of standing (certificat constatator)
- The company's criminal record certificate
- Your organisation chart
- The identity document and a phone number for whoever is empowered to lodge the file with the authorities
What the employing company has to have in order
- Obligations to the state budget paid up to date
- An activity code (CAEN) that is authorised and compatible with the role the worker is hired for
- No sanction on record for undeclared work
- An occupation that appears on the Ministry of Labour's List of Shortage Occupations — we check this before anything else
What the placement costs you month to month
- Salary, and the taxes on it
- Decent accommodation
- Transport
- A daily meal, a per-diem or meal vouchers
Questions we get asked
What does it cost, and who pays?
The employer pays. OUG 32/2026 forbids a placement agency from taking any commission, tariff or fee from the people it places, and holds the employer answerable for the same rule. Costs are set out before a contract is signed, not discovered afterwards.
How long before somebody actually starts?
Most placements run three to five months from a signed order to the first day. We do not promise faster, because the state's decision on the single application and the consulate's visa appointment set that pace, and neither is ours to hurry.
What if the role we need is not on the shortage list?
Then the application cannot legally be filed, and we tell you that on the day rather than after the file is already moving. Romanian law allows a placement only where the occupation appears on the Ministry of Labour's List of Shortage Occupations, which is revised twice a year.
- Most placements run three to five months
- The employer pays, not the worker Source: OUG 32/2026 art. 11, 23
