Find verified job opportunities in Europe

Create your profile once. We match you to verified employer requirements based on your trade, experience, qualifications and availability, then guide you through the interview, documentation, visa, travel and the steps after arrival.

The route, step by step

What actually has to happen

Six steps in a fixed order — the visa cannot be applied for before the state has approved the job. We carry all six, and publish a figure only where a published instrument fixes one.

  1. You are here

    Profile

We build your profile from your trade and experience, and match it to the roles employers have open.

What you need at this step

    • A phone number that reaches you, and a country you are in now
    • Your trade, and roughly how long you have worked in it
    • A CV if you have one — a photograph of a paper one is fine
  2. Interview & testing

Online interview, and a work trial in the candidate's home country.

  3. Documentation

We prepare the employment and immigration file with the candidate, then lodge the single application on the state platform and track it. Romania ended the separate work permit on 8 August 2026.

What you need at this step

    • A passport valid for the whole of the stay you are applying for
  4. Right to work & visa

Long-stay visa for employment, D/AM1 or D/AM2. The single application is lodged on the state platform, and the visa is issued by the Romanian consulate in the candidate's country.

What you need at this step

    • A passport valid for the whole of the stay you are applying for
  5. Travel & arrival

Once the visa is issued, we coordinate the journey, the arrival and the first days on site.

  6. Residence & post-deployment

After arrival we arrange the residence permit, then stay the contact for the length of the placement.

No step in this chain is paid for by the worker. OUG 32/2026 forbids a placement agency from taking any commission, tariff or fee from the people it places, and holds the employer answerable for the same rule. Source: OUG 32/2026 art. 11, 23

What we carry

What you can expect from us

  • No placement fee — the employer funds the process, not you
  • A signed contract before you travel, naming the employer and the role
  • Someone from our team meets you when you land
  • One contact you can reach for the length of your placement
  • Accommodation, transport and language training where the contract includes them

Trades and sectors

Is your trade one we place?

These are the fields we recruit for. Open any of them to see the job titles we recruit for — and if yours is not listed, send the form anyway: the shortage list changes twice a year.

Questions we get asked

Do I pay anything to get this job?

No — not a placement fee, not a commission, not a deposit. OUG 32/2026 forbids it, and the employer funds the process. If anyone asks you for money to be placed through us, tell us.

Will I know who I am working for before I travel?

Yes. A signed contract naming the employer and the role exists before anybody gets on a plane, and someone from our team meets you when you land.

How long does the whole process take?

Most placements run three to five months from the signed order to the first day. The state's decision on the single application and the consulate's visa appointment set that pace — both belong to the authorities, not to us, so we publish no shorter figure.

Protect yourself from recruitment fraud

Four things a candidate can check. Each one is how we work, and each one is what a fraudster cannot show you.

  • Work only with a licensed agency

A placement agency in Romania is registered and answerable under OUG 32/2026. Ask for the registration and check it.

  • Never pay for a job, a visa or an offer

The worker pays no fee at any step — art. 23(6). Anyone asking you for money for a job in Romania is not us.

  • Get it in writing before you travel

The employer's offer, the approved single application and the visa come before any ticket. Nothing is promised by phone.

  • Verify the recruiter

Write to the address on this site, not to a number that wrote to you first, and check the name against the company's own page.
