Recruiting from Nepal
We recruit in Nepal for HoReCa, agriculture, production and construction — the four sectors where most Nepalese candidates we place have prior experience.

Priority sectors
How recruitment from this market runs
- Screening and interview — online, with the employer in the call whenever they want to be.
- Practical or technical test — the trade is tested in the candidate's own country before any profile is proposed.
- Employer selection and written terms — the employer chooses, and the conditions are set out in writing before anything is filed.
- Documents and the right to work — the right-to-work and residence procedure the destination country requires, prepared and tracked.
- Visa and travel — the visa appointment and the journey, coordinated with the worker.
- Residence, onboarding and support — the residence permit after arrival, and support that continues after the first day.
Requirements vary by destination country.
Nepal is, according to figures published by the authorities, one of Romania's largest sources of non-EU labour, with over 18,700 Nepalese workers employed there. That is the national total, not a Eurozone figure.
