What this actually is

What outsourcing means

Outsourcing hands over a whole function rather than a headcount. We staff it, supervise it day to day and answer for what it produces, against the standard you set and the schedule you keep.

What it covers

  • A defined function — a production line, a cleaning contract, a kitchen — staffed, supervised and run by Eurozone
  • Output measured against the service levels set in the contract
  • Our own site supervision, not just placed workers
  • Recruitment and permits handled without your involvement
  • A single invoice for the whole function

Every stage, in order
  1. Scope and standardWhat the function has to deliver, written down, before anyone is assigned.
  2. Crew and supervisorThe team is assembled and our supervisor takes the day-to-day.
  3. We run itAttendance, rota, safety briefing and the work itself.
  4. MeasuredOutput is checked against the agreed standard, not against goodwill.
  5. Reviewed and resizedThe crew grows or shrinks with the work, under the same contract.

Advantages

Why employers use us for this

  • One partner, multiple services

From recruitment to payroll and HR administration, we manage the process for you.

  • Experienced international team

Experience delivering workforce solutions across Europe and beyond.

  • Transparent and reliable

Clear processes, regular reporting and a long-term commitment to your success.

  • The added value

    • Agreed standards in writing, so underperformance has a definition before it becomes an argument.
    • The crew is ours to staff and supervise, so the day-to-day of keeping it running is not a management job you take on.
    • One contract for a whole function, not a recruitment cycle per role.

When to choose it

When this is the right one

  1. The activity is necessary but is not your core business.

  2. You want one contract and one answerable party rather than a rota to manage.

  3. The standard matters more to you than who is holding the broom.

  4. The workload is hard to forecast, and a fixed headcount would be a guess either way.

  5. Your permanent staff cannot absorb the peaks without the quality slipping.

  6. You want your permanent team kept on the core work, and the rest handed to a crew with its own supervisor.

Our proven process

What actually has to happen

Six steps in a fixed order — the visa cannot be applied for before the state has approved the job. We carry all six, and publish a figure only where a published instrument fixes one.

  1. ProfileWe build the candidate's profile against your role and screen the CV before you see it.
  2. Interview & testingOnline interview, and a work trial in the candidate's home country.
  3. DocumentationWe prepare the employment and immigration file with the candidate, then lodge the single application on the state platform and track it. Romania ended the separate work permit on 8 August 2026.
  4. Right to work & visaLong-stay visa for employment, D/AM1 or D/AM2. The single application is lodged on the state platform, and the visa is issued by the Romanian consulate in the candidate's country.
  5. Travel & arrivalOnce the visa is issued, we coordinate the journey, the arrival and the first days on site.
  6. Residence & post-deploymentAfter arrival we arrange the residence permit, then stay the contact for the length of the placement.

No step in this chain is paid for by the worker. OUG 32/2026 forbids a placement agency from taking any commission, tariff or fee from the people it places, and holds the employer answerable for the same rule. Source: OUG 32/2026 art. 11, 23

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between outsourcing and staff leasing?

Staff leasing puts our workers under your supervision. Outsourcing puts our supervision on your site too — we own the output, not just the headcount.

Can we still set the standards the function has to meet?

Yes. The service levels are written into the contract before the first shift, and we supervise to them.

What if the function underperforms?

The contract sets remedies short of termination first — reassignment, added supervision, a corrective period — before either side can exit.

What does the outsourcing service include?

Recruitment and the work trial, the employment contracts, the single application, the visa and the residence permit, payroll and contributions, the administration of accommodation, meals and transport where the function needs them, and a coordinator of ours on your site. You receive one contract, one invoice and one person to call. What it excludes is written down too: the premises, the equipment and the standard stay yours.

How are the workers for an outsourced function selected?

The same way as any placement we make — screened in the source country against the written scope, interviewed online and tested at the trade — with one difference: the coordinator who will run the function sits in on the selection, because they answer for the output. You can join the interviews whenever you want to be in the call.

How much do we have to be involved day to day?

As little as you choose. You set the scope, the standard and the safety rules once, and you receive the output and the reporting; attendance, rota, briefing and the work itself are ours. We ask for one named contact on your side for the questions the contract did not foresee, and a review at the rhythm written into it.
