What we do

Temporary & seasonal recruitment

Flexible workforce for seasonal, project-based or time-limited operational needs, with recruitment and mobilisation aligned to the required start and end dates.

How it works

Four stages, the same on every order

What we do at each stage, in the order it happens, on every order we take.

  1. The requirement

We agree the dates, location, number of people and type of work before anything is filed.

  2. Selection and trial

Candidates are screened, interviewed and, where needed, trialled for the specific season or project.

  3. Documentation & mobilisation

We coordinate candidate documents, the applicable right-to-work and visa procedures, travel planning and any agreed accommodation or transport arrangements.

  4. Arrival, assignment & close-out

We coordinate arrival and deployment, remain available during the assignment and support the agreed close-out or transition route at the end of the contract.

Why choose us

A seasonal workforce that delivers

  • Sized to your window

You get the right number of people for the dates you need, no more, no less.

  • Ready to work together

Crews screened and prepared to arrive and work together from day one.

  • Destination-specific compliance

Fixed-term employment, the right to work, visa and residence requirements are coordinated according to the destination country’s rules.

From season to longer-term

Where legally permitted and agreed by the employer and worker, we can support a transition to longer-term or permanent employment.

A structured first conversation, not a generic form: the roles, the numbers, the start you have in mind. A consultant comes back with an initial assessment.

What this actually is

What temporary & seasonal recruitment means

A fixed-term placement for work that has a start and an end — a harvest, a build, a season. The contract runs for the window you need it for and closes with it, on exactly the same permit chain as a permanent hire.

What it covers

  • Crew sized to the season or the build, with a start and an end date agreed up front
  • Candidates screened and interviewed for the specific window of work
  • The platform application and the visa processed for a fixed-term stay
  • Housing and transport arranged for the crew on site
  • A single point of contact for the length of the contract

  1. The windowStart date, end date and head count agreed before anything is filed.
  2. Crew screenedCandidates interviewed and trialled for that specific window of work.
  3. Application and visaFiled for a fixed-term stay and tracked by us.
  4. Housing and transportArranged for the whole crew, not person by person.
  5. The crew arrivesTogether, so the season does not open a person short.
  6. End or convertThe contract closes, or becomes a permanent one on the file that already exists.

Advantages

Why employers use us for this

  • Sized to your window

You get the right number of people for the dates you need, no more, no less.

  • Ready to work together

Crews screened and prepared to arrive and work together from day one.

  • Destination-specific compliance

Fixed-term employment, the right to work, visa and residence requirements are coordinated according to the destination country’s rules.

  • The added value

    • The same permit chain as a permanent hire — a fixed term changes the contract, not the legality.
    • One point of contact for the length of the contract, not a new name each week.
    • A seasonal placement can turn into a permanent one; the file already exists.

When to choose it

When this is the right one

  1. The work is genuinely seasonal and you know both dates.

  2. You need a crew rather than an individual hire.

  3. You want the option to keep the ones who work out.

  4. A run of absences — illness, leave, a crew that did not come back — has left the line short.

  5. A hiring freeze blocks permanent posts, but the work still has to be done.

Our proven process

What actually has to happen

Six steps in a fixed order — the visa cannot be applied for before the state has approved the job. We carry all six, and publish a figure only where a published instrument fixes one.

  1. ProfileWe build the candidate's profile against your role and screen the CV before you see it.
  2. Interview & testingOnline interview, and a work trial in the candidate's home country.
  3. DocumentationWe prepare the employment and immigration file with the candidate, then lodge the single application on the state platform and track it. Romania ended the separate work permit on 8 August 2026.
  4. Right to work & visaLong-stay visa for employment, D/AM1 or D/AM2. The single application is lodged on the state platform, and the visa is issued by the Romanian consulate in the candidate's country.
  5. Travel & arrivalOnce the visa is issued, we coordinate the journey, the arrival and the first days on site.
  6. Residence & post-deploymentAfter arrival we arrange the residence permit, then stay the contact for the length of the placement.

No step in this chain is paid for by the worker. OUG 32/2026 forbids a placement agency from taking any commission, tariff or fee from the people it places, and holds the employer answerable for the same rule. Source: OUG 32/2026 art. 11, 23

Questions we get asked

How far ahead do we need to book a seasonal crew?

Plan for the same three to five months as a permanent hire — the single application and the visa go through the same authorities, on the same timeline, regardless of contract length.

What happens when the contract ends?

Workers rotate out through the return process agreed at signing. Nobody stays on site without valid papers.

Can a seasonal placement turn into a permanent one?

Yes, if both sides want that. We refile it as a permanent-recruitment placement rather than extending the seasonal stay, because a seasonal and a permanent worker are two different categories on the same application.

What exactly is a seasonal placement, and how long can the contract run?

A fixed-term contract for work with a start and an end — a harvest, a build, a season — on the same application, visa and residence chain as a permanent hire. The contract carries the dates you agreed; the maximum length of a seasonal stay is set by law, not by us, and we tell you what it allows for the window you describe before anything is filed.

Do we have to arrange housing and transport for a seasonal crew?

Not yourselves. A crew that lands together needs somewhere to sleep that night and a way to the field or the site in the morning, so we arrange accommodation near the workplace and the daily run for the whole crew before they land; what it costs and who carries it is written into the contract alongside the placement.

Who is the employer of a seasonal worker?

You are. A seasonal placement is a direct hire on a fixed-term contract: the worker is on your payroll and under your direction, and we are the recruiter and the file's contact. If you would rather not carry the employment relationship at all, that is staff leasing, where we stay the employer of record.
