A structured first conversation, not a generic form: the roles, the numbers, the start you have in mind. A consultant comes back with an initial assessment.

Why Eurozone
One partner for the people and the paperwork
What an employer gets from this office, and nothing it does not: the six things below are the ones this site states everywhere else too.
One consultant, one number
The person who takes your brief carries it to the first day on site — no hand-offs between departments.
The permit chain, filed by us
The single application on WorkinRomania.gov.ro, the visa and the residence permit under OUG 32/2026, prepared and filed for every worker we place.
Seven source countries
Candidates sourced and screened in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Egypt, Sudan, the UAE and Türkiye, so a crew is found where the trade is.
Registered in Bucharest
Eurozone Recruiting SRL, CUI 44484026, J40/10868/2021 — on the public trade register, so who you contract with is checkable.
The worker pays nothing
The employer pays the fee. Art. 23(6) forbids charging the worker, and we do not.
Two offices in Romania
Bucharest and Suceava: a consultant reachable in person, on the phone or on WhatsApp.
How we work
Five steps from your brief to a crew on site — the same for every employer, so you know what happens next.
The brief
The roles, the numbers, the site, the start date — agreed in writing before anything is searched.
The search
Our teams in the seven source countries shortlist candidates who already hold the trade.
Shortlist and interviews
You interview the shortlist, online or in person; a trial of the trade where it makes sense.
Permit and visa
The single application under OUG 32/2026, the visa and the residence permit — prepared and filed by us.
Arrival and settlement
Airport pickup, registration, the first day: someone from our team meets each worker.
What we deliver
The five services this office sells, each on its own page.
